The Inspiration Behind Egglo Eggs

At Egglo Entertainment, our mission is to help others, particularly children, see the light through Jesus. Our curriculum is designed to be kid-friendly, fun, and most importantly, accessible. Often, it can be difficult for children to fully understand the messages of the Bible in a meaningful way. Egglo is here to bridge that gap with engaging activities for children to treasure throughout their childhood.

Our inspiration at Egglo comes specifically from John 1:5,

“The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.”

In John 1:1-4, we know from the Bible that everything in existence is of God, and His life and Spirit are the light that we seek. We know that Our Heavenly Father sent to Earth His only Son, who died upon the cross for our sins. Through Jesus and our relationship with Jesus, we can seek salvation through His light and eternal truth.

Egglo’s glow-in-the-dark eggs provide kids a fun and engaging connection to this truth. Using the Egglo glow-in-the-dark eggs for an evening egg hunt underlines Easter’s religious meaning. The concept is simple, but the message profound: The eggs glow in the dark, symbolizing that Jesus is the light in a world of darkness or sin.

Seeing the glow of the eggs in the darkness is like navigating our world with the guidance of the Lord. We may fear the unknown and unfamiliar, but we can proceed with confidence knowing that the Lord will lead us through our faith and trust in Him. By anchoring such immense symbolism to an egg hunt, children can grasp the idea easily, while the significance of this teaching will stay with them for the rest of their lives. The Egglo eggs, curriculum, and accessories can reinforce God’s love and the path to salvation.

Though our activities and curriculum are centered primarily around Easter, Egglo Entertainment enjoys enriching religious education year-round. Refer to our website and blog for holiday ideas and crafts to enjoy with your children or religious community any time of year.

“For what we preach is not ourselves, but Jesus Christ as Lord, and ourselves as your servants for Jesus’ sake. For God, who said, ‘Let light shine out of darkness,’ made his light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of God’s glory displayed in the face of Christ.”

2 Corinthians 4:5-6
