Broken Hearts Hunt

This game is fun and competitive. You will need colored paper in five different colors, (red, pink, purple, blue, and green). Cut out five hearts in each color. Then cut each heart in half! Next, scatter the hearts all over the room.

Now your kids have the task of collecting as many hearts as they can in a five minute period. Then the kids need to see how many broken hearts they can match together to get the same color!

Point scale:
whole red heart- 5 points
whole pink heart- 4 points
whole purple heart- 3 points
whole blue heart- 2 points
whole green heart- 1 point

Remember: Don’t tell the kids the point scale beforehand, or they will specifically go after red or pink heart halves!

*The kid with the most whole hearts of the same color worth the most points, wins!
